By booking services with Your Island Host, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all Virtual Assistant (VA) and Concierge services.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Concierge services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • VA services require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due upon completion or on a set billing cycle.

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit card.

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Concierge services are non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your service date, your payment is forfeited.

  • VA services canceled mid-month are non-refundable, but unused hours may be applied to the following month at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide timely, accurate information to allow services to be performed.

  • For concierge bookings, you are responsible for ensuring all guest preferences, allergies, and requirements are communicated clearly.

4. Service Limitations

  • Concierge service does not include making payments on your behalf for third-party bookings (e.g. excursions, villa payments). I will coordinate bookings, but you will be invoiced directly by the provider.

  • VA services do not include legal, medical, or financial consulting.

5. Communication

  • Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (AST).

  • WhatsApp and email responses will be sent within 24–48 hours unless otherwise stated in your package.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All personal information and business details shared with [Your Business Name] are kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a request is outside the scope of our offerings, is unethical, unsafe, or violates our policies.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays, acts of third-party vendors, natural disasters, or errors caused by incomplete client information.

  • Concierge recommendations are made in good faith, but we are not liable for the performance of third-party services.
